A Best of in DC

Six months ago, when Crotch Rocket (certainly a name that does not comply with modern F3FNG naming standards) visited CARPEx EH’ing guys to help with Expansion efforts to DC, YHC thought “This will be fun!” and volunteered. Four months ago, when sitting in a hotel room in London at midnight talking with Major Payne about plans for The Capital region, YHC thought “This will be fun!” and reserved a bunch of twitter handles and web domains. Dora at the Diamond

It was a special type of Tank Top Thursday at Bounty Hunters as a few followed in the footsteps of Cameron Poe played by the electrifying Nicolas Cage and wore sleeveless undershirts. We Pledged our Allegiance to Old Glory and then moseyed over to nice spot between Apex Town Hall and Apex Community Center to get warmed up. [Read More]

No Themes - Let’s Go To Work With all of the themed workouts going on lately, YHC wanted to get back to basics. PAX circled around the flag for a Pledge of Allegiance. The PAX were then directed to look up at the cross on top of the Sovereign Grace Church. This vantage point is humbling and serves as a reminder to the price Christ paid for us. We are truly blessed to be able to do what we do.
