The Ultimate Workout

A few weeks ago YHC and WWW traveled north to the The Farm to help celebrate Spit Valve’s Q Week. The first half was a typical, well executed and thorough beatdown, but the second half was something new for us. It was a game of Ultimate Frisbee, with penalties doled out whenever the frisbee reached the end zone or touched the ground. Night Train 7/13/18 Pre-Blast

What Board the Amtrak in Cary. Take it to Raleigh. Ruck back. It’s about 14 miles. When July 13, 2018. We’re aiming for the 6:08 train departing DTC. We will update Slack and Twitter @ruckCarpex with any delays. This should put us DTR at around 6:30, and it’s about a 4-hour ruck (yes, I’m pretty sure) back. The finish line is at Bond Brothers. With the men of Carpex set to demolish another 1776 workout, YHC and Carpex seniority Burt set out to host a beatdown worthy of our nation’s birthday celebration for DR Pax at Ocean Isle Beach. The Carpex regulars (reg-you-larz) in-toe included: YHC, Burt, Half, Open-Out and Flacco, with a tip o’ the cap to Big Bird and Viking, also on-hand.
