When Wrench announced he couldn’t keep his tire at his new house and wanted to see if we could stash it somewhere, I jumped on this chance to get it. I want this tire. We made arrangements to get it to Hells Bells and with no Q on the sheet for the week, YHC threw his own name up there to get the first chance with the tire.
So 22 HIMS showed up this morning, no fngs.

Tributes, Domination, and Baby Bjorn Rock Carriers
So this week, YHC drives past at least two other closer AOs, down Kelly Road to Thomas Brooks park, the site of Field of Dreams. A very expansive site it is, with lots of options to travel. Therefore, we ignore all that extra space and stay within 200 yards of the flag at all times.
It seems FOD is trying to take on an SNS feel, with lots of running opportunities that are either EC before the workout, or are done in place of the workout.

RIP Mamba...
I am not the biggest basketball fan, but I am a sports fan. The tragic passing of Kobe Bryant as well as his 13 year old daughter and the other 7 people on the helicopter that crashed transcends basketball and sports all together. I played JV basketball in 10th grade (the only year I ever played in high school) and I vividly remember that I wore Kobe’s shoes that season.

Bad News...
McCants posted last night on slack that he had some bad news. He was down with a bug and needed someone to step up and take his Phoenix Q this morning. Well, it was really bad news for the PAX to give YHC the trifecta to have three Qs in a row to celebrate 3 years of F3.
A solid group of 19 PAX showed up at Bond Park to join in the 2nd of 3 Sooey anniversary Qs.

Just be ready!
Back in 2016, I decided to go to the gym the week after Christmas. Be committed and show up BEFORE all those people that start in January. I was on a mission to be less chubby and more healthy. Spin class two days a week. That was the answer! But Lifetime didn’t offer a morning class on Fridays at the Apex gym. Crimson had been pressuring nagging encouraging me to try his new workout group F3.

Won't you step into the Fr--HANDS UP!
Well, it’s my boy Rip’s birthday, and we all sure as shit know he ain’t gonna write this, so I’m going to…what’s it called Nantan?…oh yeah, step up. It all started when I woke up this morning. Dry-ish January means more dreaming, and this morning was action packed. While I typically would prefer a more GroupMe-esque dream (happy Friday, you hooligans), this morning my brain was worked up over RipTide’s birthday Apex “High” homecoming Q at none other than Dazed and Confused, otherwise known as the condition one can be known to find themselves in time to time when hanging with YHC and perhaps others in attendance this morning.

Airball
Hey guys, it’s me. Yes, I’ve gotten my passport stamped…again. This week, it’s a trip the legendary Bradford’s Ordinary. I packed a lunch and a bag, and eventually arrived in that glorious location tucked away in the very quaint and bricky beige downtown Cary. Cars in the parking lot indicated guys were either getting in a nap or on an EC run. I honestly don’t know which.
Last night my downtrodden, beloved Tarheels lost a nail-biter in Blaxberg.
