Slippery When Wet - home of the EC run as well as where YHC completed week 1 of the 2019 IronPax Challenge. In celebration of how much that sucked the first time, we’re gonna do it again today. Going the distance

Gran Torino has become one of my favorite AOs. It draws a wide variety of pax, and those that come are tough customers. Today was no exception. As my first post there this year due to travel and work, I was eager to set a good example, especially as co-site Q’s @largemouth and @chanticleer were present. 5 for one EC run, a few others for another, and even more for EC PYPs, meant pretty much everyone was warmed up at go-time. Old Home Week

Preamble Nothing like going back home. B.O. holds a special place in YHC’s heart for a few reasons. First, it was the site of my first post, and where I was named. Second, it happens to coexist with where I go to church. Finally, it offers the most diverse set of workout opportunities of any AO in Carpex. But enough of that, let’s go Warmup Jog over to the best warm-up site in all of Carpex in front of the bank and circle up for [Read More]

There's nothing wrong with a little vanilla now and then

23 PAX showed up on a beautiful Thursday morning for a little fun and some exercise. On the run in to the AO YHC was still working on the plan for this morning. Here’s what was come up with: Warmup: One FNG, so the typical disclaimers given, but YHC struggled to remember the mission statement on the spot, so we pledged allegiance and off we moseyed to the community center. 1-15-20 Point Break BLIMPS

Wordpress sucks. “Separate with commas or hit enter key”, what they mean is: list all the PAX and then we will magically auto-delete some of them so you can re-enter them. Does this happen to anyone else? Is it just me? I fall in that range between Boomer and Millenial so maybe I’m not even supposed be using word press. While I’m on this Soundest of All Pets box, when I hit enter, why does it skip a line and insist on starting a new paragraph? [Read More]

Intimidator Birthday Surprise Sans Intimidator
